John Joined Britannia in 1981 following 15 years of related architectural experience in both private practice and Local Authority.
CAREER / EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW
Wide range of experience covering commercial, retail, residential, conversion works. In depth involvement with numerous Britannia projects including Group 4 Headquarters in Tewkesbury, Bath University Phase 2,Western Power Distribution, Tesco Risca, Cotswold School in Bourton-on-the-Water, Rossley Manor in Dowdeswell, The Courtyard Tewkesbury, B&Q Folkestone.
Also local landmark projects include The Beechwood Shopping Arcade in Cheltenham, RoyScot House in Cheltenham, Tesco Cheltenham, Sherbourne Street Apartments, Cheltenham College, Cheltenham Ladies College.
Responsible in my role as Technical Manager in close liaison with Architects & Engineers with the aim of ensuring buildability of construction details at an early stage resulting in contracts running as smoothly as possible and completing on time.
