OVERVIEW

We use our own direct labour team dedicated to Specialist Minor Works whose experience spans 25 years of delivering projects in high trafficked and pedestrian areas, as well as working in live retail environments. We will only utilise subcontractors when we believe it will provide best value for our clients.

We approach Specialist Minor Works projects in the same 'One Stop Shop' manner that we do our large projects:

Understand project and needs of client
Provide solutions and/or act on clients instructions
Multi skilled head office support staff to back up service
Britannia branded site teams, client branding incorporated if required

The team carries out a diverse range of contracts, from highways schemes such as traffic calming measures, surface repairs and paving, to security/anti-terrorism installations, fit-out services, internal improvements, fire damage works, site clearance and regular planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) requirements.

With clients including shopping centres, development companies, local authorities and commercial landlords, the team work closely with their clients to build a relationship with their surveyors and engineers, and to find a cost effective solution to the job in hand.
