East Gate is an exciting mixed use development in Llanelli town centre, when completed the five acres of run down area will have been transformed into a thriving family leisure quarter focused around a town square with a new six screen Odeon multiplex cinema, a 53 bed Travelodge Hotel, 2,000 sq m of office space for Carmarthenshire County Council, shops, pubs, restaurants and a 240-space car park. Britannia is proud to be working with Henry Davidson Developments and Carmarthenshire County Council on this important development which will bring vibrancy, diversity and new jobs to the area.
