Transformation of the forecourt area - improving pedestrian access, new bus and taxi areas  

Spirax Sarco, Runnings Road Tunnel    £1,000,000
Construction of twin tunnels and associated pedestrian access staircases under Runnings Road to link two sites, starting June for 20 weeks.  

Waverley House, Bristol    £1,700,000
Refurbishment of high rise student accommodation, starting June of 19 weeks.  

Kingsditch Trade Park    £1,500,000
External refurbishment, parapet and roof works to trading units, starting August for 27 weeks.
